APPLICABLE LAW

As such, the laws of the Malaysia will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
