Skin whitening or skin lightening products are common and popular in
Eastern Asian countries such as Malaysia. Skin whitening or skin
lightening is actually a form of cosmetic methods and approach used
to whiten or lighten the skin. In the US, such terms should be used
carefully since it has created many controversial issues.
Skin whitening or skin lightening products are more popular on
women but there are a growing number of men who are conscious about
their looks that took deep interest in using such products as well.
Basically they are all using such products on common grounds. Most
would use skin whitening or skin lightening products to lessen any
visible pigmentation such as moles, birthmarks, scars caused by acne
or vitiligo. Some would go for broke and use skin whitening or skin
lightening products to lighten or whiten their existing complexions.

enzymes or reducing agents such as Hydroquinone. Skin whitening or
skin lightening products may also have anti UV properties to help
prevent excessive damaging exposure to solar UV rays.
