It’s true. The most popular tourist spot in Dublin Ireland happens to be a storehouse and one time ago the fermentation processing centre for Guinness! Dubliners consider Guinness Storehouse as the heart and soul of Dublin. It is a seven storey building located at the heart of St James’s Gate Brewery. It was commercialized for the tourism industry and opened to the public in November 2000 and by far has attracted more than 4 million tourists from all around the world. 

The 7 storey building itself is an adventures waiting to be explored. Each floor has a unique attraction for visitors and many spent their whole day there without realizing it! On the ground floor, visitors can see for themselves a massive exhibit of four major ingredients that when combined would make that world famous pint. On the 1^st floor, you can learn more about Guinness’s brewing process. You can even see their Tasting lab and Transportation exhibit. The 2^nd floor meanwhile houses Guinness’s advertising history. The 3^rd floor is more towards educating the visitors on good drinking habits. Not recommended for heavy drinkers. The 4^th floor showcases the building rich history from the year 1904 to 2000. If you are dead hungry, you can always go up one level to the 5^th floor and pamper yourself to a variety of traditional Irish cuisine that use Guinness as part of the ingredient! Last but not least, you can now take a big break from all those walking and enjoy yourself to Guinness complimentary pint on the 7^th floor. Don’t know why they called it the Gravity Bar but the view is fantastic. You can see the whole Dublin from up here and it is simply breathtaking!
